• The video says that the CDC recommends a 10-14 day quarantine if you have been around someone who has COVID or if you get it yourself. Is it possible for you to stay home and quarantine? What steps can you take now to prepare for this? 
• What are your favorite relaxing activities you could do during quarantine?

Why does the CDC say we should quarantine for 10-14 days?

Most people show symptoms after 5 days, but not everyone does. It is important to pay attention to your symptoms for 14 days after you’ve been around someone who has COVID-19, even if you get a negative test result.

David was contagious on day 8 but did not have symptoms until day 10. This is why the CDC asks us to be careful with masks and distancing, even when we feel well.
