You can flex your literacy to help others achieve theirs! The BLC is one of a kind. No other place in our community uses one-on-one tutoring or will teach an adult who has never read. Brunner helps adults learn English and earn their GED®, and more! Join us on September 16, 2025 for our first Brunner Literacy Center Spelling Bee to raise money for literacy and inspire others to read! Literacy changes lives! |

How can I sponsor the BLC's Spelling with the Stars spelling bee?

To see the categories, please download the sponsorship packet [ask for link], complete the second page, and return it to the BLC. You may scan and email your completed paperwork to [email protected], or you may mail it to the BLC at 1995 Shiloh Springs Rd. You may also make your sponsorship gift online or send by mail to the above address. |
How else can I support the Spelling Bee?
We are so glad you asked!
If you do not want to participate in the bee, you can still support BLC students by donating to a friend so that they can be a speller or by buying a raffle ticket. If you are an organization and do not have a speller, we can match you with an eligible speller or consider our three tiers of sponsorship if you would like to support the BLC without a speller.
