Improving literacy rates in the Dayton area is truly a team effort, and we need your help.
All you need is a willingness to help others create a better life for themselves and their families.

Anyone can apply to become a tutor! No prior teaching experience or bilingual skills are necessary.
We provide training and curriculum and have professional staff to provide support.

​Our tutors are:

• Dedicated people who enjoy sharing their gifts and knowledge
• Compassionate individuals who understand others’ needs
• Respectful partners who are willing to be flexible in their tutoring methods and plans for meeting their students' educational goals
